Saison Rue is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned, Belgian/French-style farmhouse ale. It turned up on two of our expert’s lists. “Beautifully complex yet highly drinkable,” says Jeremy Taylor, 2 Crows Brewing. “A funky, dry and aromatic beer from So-Cal that works on any table,” says Chris Reynolds, Stillwell.
